Aspiring accountant gets visa granted to Australia amidst COVID-19

Lean Borja, Supervisor and Immigration Expert of The Visa Center during her phone call interview with Ms. Vanessa.

Dubai--The global pandemic may have put many of our plans at a halt but for some people, it is still very true what they say that "what is meant to be will find its way."

The perfect example of this is the immigration journey of 43-year-old Filipina named Vanessa who works as a teller in United Arab Emirates.

With the hopes of becoming a certified accountant, Vanessa took her shot with one of the top immigration firms in UAE, The Visa Center, and processed her student visa to Australia.

A few weeks after signing up, the corona virus shook the world and was announced as a global pandemic. With the disruption COVID-19 has caused throughout the world, Vanessa couldn't help but think that her Australian dream was somehow put off.

But just as how mysterious the world works, the good news was relayed to her last week; less than a year when she signed up: her student visa application was granted and she is now a step closer to fulfilling her dreams.

Watch her reaction when she learned about her visa being granted at:

Vanessa will be taking up an Accounting course in Brisbane, Australia which will start this December.

Her story proves that nothing can really become a hinder the spirit of a dreamer.

Similar to Vanessa, a Filipina Chemist named Mary Joyce also got a positive news from The Visa Center when her Skills Assessment returned positive.

This means that the Australian government recognizes her skills as a chemist as qualified and fit to their standard, giving her a higher chance of getting employment when she immigrates.

These two stories of victories are proofs that The Visa Center works non-stop in helping those with vision materialize their dreams.

Previously, The Filipino Times already ran stories of a Bicolana’s Aspiring Chef fulfilling her dreams in Canada, as well as a Filipina accountant who has fulfilled her dream of living in Perth. These stories shared how The Visa Center became instrumental in providing resettlement solutions to professionals with complete transparency.
